What Dayfoli is
A free tool that turns your trip details into embassy-style itinerary documents. Dayfoli is not a travel agency, law firm or visa consultancy, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Embassy of Japan, VFS Global, any government, airline or hotel.
No guarantee of approval
Documents follow formats used in approved applications, but every application is different and the decision rests solely with the embassy. Review every detail before you submit.
Your responsibility
Flight, train and hotel details mirror published schedules at the time of generation and can change. Verify everything with the airline, railway and hotel before booking or submitting, and make sure whatever you submit is accurate and truthful. False information can lead to a refusal or a revoked visa.
Acceptable use
Dayfoli is for personal, lawful use in preparing your own (or your travel group’s) visa application. Do not use it to misrepresent facts or to produce documents for fraudulent purposes.
Provided as is
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dayfoli is not liable for visa refusals, missed bookings, or any losses or costs arising from use of the service.

The service and these terms may change as Dayfoli evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use means you accept the current version.
